A call-out fee covers the visit to diagnose the problem. If you approve the job, the full call-out fee is credited against it.

You get a clear, upfront quote with no hidden costs, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

What affects the price

The type of work, and whether parts or a full replacement are needed
Access, such as ceilings, walls, roofs or underground pipes
Whether a certificate of compliance is required
Urgency: after-hours emergencies versus a booked visit
